• Legal Structure: We are a legally registered Foreign Investment Limited Liability Company (PT PMA) in full compliance with the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
• Tourism Business License (SIUP): We hold a valid and current Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata (SIUP), the official business license for tourism operators, issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy).
• Tax Compliance (NPWP): We are a registered Indonesian taxpayer with a Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) and are fully compliant with all national and regional tax obligations.

• Practitioner Credentials: All medical doctors on our team are registered with the Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) and hold a valid registration certificate (Surat Tanda Registrasi – STR) and practice license (Surat Izin Praktik – SIP). All other wellness practitioners hold verifiable, internationally recognized certifications in their respective fields.
• Facility Standards: All partner clinics, labs, and treatment facilities are vetted to ensure they meet the hygiene and safety standards mandated by the Indonesian Ministry of Health (Kementerian Kesehatan).
• Guest Confidentiality: We enforce a strict data privacy policy, modeled on GDPR principles, to ensure the absolute confidentiality of our guests’ personal and medical information. All staff are bound by comprehensive non-disclosure agreements.
